Step into the sensory garden, a backyard oasis nestled in northeast Palm Bay, conveniently located near the intersection of Palm Bay Road and Babcock Street. This space brings independent artists the chance to connect with their audience in a more intimate setting than traditional venues. Contact us today to book an exclusive house show in the garden!
Guests may show their support for the artists with a private donation link, and will receive the street address to attend the event within 24-48 hours.
SUGGESTED DONATION is $22 per guest for adults, and $11 for children under 10.

Gates open at 5:00pm. All guests must depart by 9:30pm.
Shows may be cancelled for inclement weather, and donations refunded.
Interior bathroom is available to guests.
Limited seating available. Bring your own comfortable blankets, pillows, or chairs.
Parking is available on the street and near the palm trees, however ride share services and carpool are both encouraged.

Leave no trace! Pick up your trash, and return any borrowed items before departing.
Listen & enjoy the show. We’re here to support the artists and want their voices to be heard.
Allow our garden to grow for the bees and the birds and please do not harvest flowers or herbs without consent.
BYOV! We do not sell alcoholic beverages but you are welcome to bring your own legal and safe vice when used in moderation.
Racism, sexism, bigotry, homophobia, transphobia, misbehavior, or other intolerance will result in immediate removal. The homeowner reserves the right to rescind any invitation.
Vibe Check! Let’s build community but kindly leave political discussions outside the gates.
Light concessions are available in Comfort Cove on-site.
Ride share is encouraged to ease the parking situation.
Get home safely! All guests are asked to leave the property by 9:30pm.
